Hopefully everyone made it home safely and all dogs are happy and tired. It was a great wekend. Rain on Saturday and cold temperatures on Sunday didn't stop us from having a good time. Hopefully everyone has made it home safely from a successful weekend in Blacksburg. I missed being there today and hope everyone reached their goals and earned lots of points. Thanks to everyone for making the trek to Raleigh this weekend. This is the tournament where we usually have every active dog on the team choose to participate and this weekend was no exception. THANKS to everyone for an enjoyable weekend of flyball! It was incredibly HOT! Probably one of the hottest tournaments I remember in a long time. The heat took it's toll on dogs but they gave their best anyway. All three teams took 2nd place in their division, and all 3 teams garnered over 700 points each. Hope everyone from the Blacksburg contingent has made it home safely. We missed all of you who couldn't make it. The weather was a bit "breezy" and wet on Saturday and we were grateful for the indoor crating. Today was sunny and clear, and the wind kept the temps down. The dogs ran well. Day 1- Had a great day of racing. Wish you all could have joined us.
Flyers got first place and Full Throttle placed 3rd. Flyer's best time was a 20.694. Gal has become very comfortable and is doing a great job.
Thottle is doing fine also, best time was a 21.319. Hard to win races when your opponets are running in the 20.'s, but they are doing well.

Hey Guys! Just wanted to let you know how the weekend went. It went really well! Caynaa did fabulously being thrown in with dogs and people she had never met. Libby passed her without incident. It was wonderfly releiving for me. I can't give you exact stats to use for Caynaa because, with trading workers, we didn't get all our races statted, but I can tell you her fastest time was a 4.467 (WOO HOO!!) with several 4.5s and 4.6s. Hope everyone that went to CanAm has made it home safely. The trip to Indiana (whose state motto is "Repair NO Roads" and whose state symbol is the pothole!) was unforgettable. Just wanted to thank a few people for their part in a great weekend of racing. First Dee and Twig, Marsha and Tammie for being with us this weekend on the open teams. Two great little dogs that we enjoy racing with.

What a fun, successful weekend we had! To begin with, the weather was gorgeous - a little windy perhaps, but gorgeous nontheless. The tent shifted in the wind and turned over the food table only once, and since the five second rule applied Becky was able to save almost everything. This is the first time in I don't know when that I made it home this early (5:00). So nice. Hope everyone made it home safely.
This was a very small tournament but oh so relaxing. Even though we didn't get to sit down for very long at a time since yesterday we helped NRR and today we helped them and PeAk. In return they filled in for us too, so it was a very nice tournament.

Our trip to Wilson this past weekend was quite an adventure. We arrived at the tournament venue, the Wilson Fairgrounds, in the late afternoon. Hope everyone made it home safely. Okay, where do I start. This has been an interesting weekend to say the least. First the weather turned out to be pretty decent. Hope everyone made it home safe and sound. Want to thank everyone for a very good weekend. Other then being cold and oh so windy the weather it was at least dry. If the wind had not been so strong it would not have been too bad but Nanci provided the heat and some excellent food in the way of chicken noodle soup and two bean chicken chili. Thank yous all around to everyone on the team on keeping things going as smoothly as possible.
